Happy Day !!

Pen in hand I ponder , what should I share with my readers?  

When you discuss women’s health it’s not quite enough to limit the discussion to just a few categories. Women’s health encompasses a huge range of topics and interests. Where should I start?

Perhaps I should start off with being positive and optimistic. As women, we should be thankful of being blessed with what we have, what we have been endowed with and being comfortable and proud of ourselves. Coming to terms and accepting who you are will boost your self- confidence and help build a vigorous meaningful life.

Every woman is beautiful and it’s imperative that she knows that she is truly beautiful irrespective of race, creed and color.  So to all you beautiful women out there, this blog is crafted with the purpose of enhancing that beauty and vigor that lies within each one of you.

Despite busy lifestyles, careers, family and social responsibilities, we women must take time to love and care for ourselves. We do not need large monetary investments or expensive equipment to do this. Nor do we need to do anything drastic or life changing. There are no absolute answers. It’s all about listening to your body and knowing what is best for you. It’s about making the right choices – the right choice of food, the right choice of lifestyle and most important cultivating the right attitude.

In our commitment to make healthier choices we should take the necessary preventive measures to ensure we live a long, healthy and vibrant life. It’s about making small changes in your life that add up. The best advice I can give you is to stay informed, be responsible to take charge of your health and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

This blog is all about taking care of yourself, thinking about what is important to you, redefining your thoughts and making that commitment to change.
